Donations to the SAVE Foundation are used almost entirely for the purchase of equipment, motor vehicles, spare parts, fuel, and training of field staff involved in worthy conservation projects in Southern Africa, primarily in Botswana and Namibia.
All administrative expenses are paid for or donated by the committee members, who donate their time on a voluntary basis.

AUD $520 buys a rhino radio transmitter implant in its horn to facilitate in its tracking
AUD $2600 buys vet fees, tranquilizer drugs & ground support for fitting a transmitter into a black rhino’s horn
AUD $3200 buys helicopter and pilot’s fees for spotting rhino
AUD $32,000 buys one black rhino from the Zimbabwean Government
